Punteks was established in 1995 for the purpose of recycling textile wastes.
in 2006, a new investment was made and the felt line, which contains the latest technological innovations, was put into operation. it is able to produce felt in Decals between 500 gr/m2 and 3000 gr/m2. The current felt line is produced by connecting synthetic fibers such as polypropylene or polyester bicomponent by taking advantage of low melting temperatures (thermobonding).
The seals produced are used in the white goods and automotive sectors.
Established on an area of 30,000 m2, 15,000 m2 of which is closed in Torbali, Punteks Textile exports 50% of its production to many countries, the majority of which are European Countries, and offers a global partnership to all its customers.
PUNTEKS, a company that not only produces felt but also converts, has increased its converting production in the second half of 2022 and started production at its new branch in Manisa OSB. Again, Manisa OIZ also started the construction of a new factory, which will be built on a closed area of close to 7,000 m2 in the first place, at the beginning of 2023. PUNTEKS Manisa branch moved to its new factory, which was completed quickly, in May 2024, and continues its production in its new and modern facilities.
The modern laboratory, which contains the necessary testing devices for the testing of felt to ensure the quality standards of the sectors we serve, is located in Punteks.
